Common questions
My subscription isn't active after I reinstalled the app
Open the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages all Livo subscriptions. To cancel:
iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Livo → Cancel Subscription.
Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This removes your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, including revoking your Sign in with Apple authorization if you signed in that way. If you can't access the app, email contact@awty.ai and we'll delete your account for you.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the email link. Reset links expire for security; request a new one if it times out. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use those providers' account-recovery flows — Livo does not store their passwords.
I want to change my email address
Email contact@awty.ai from the address currently on your account. We'll verify and update it.
Why don't I see any stores nearby?
Livo's store and price data is currently populated for Sweden. If you're outside Sweden, the Nearby Stores screen will show an empty state. Product search still works regardless of location.
How do I request a copy of my data or exercise my GDPR rights?
Email contact@awty.ai. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection).
